A Penn Yan man was charged with DWI after law enforcement says he failed to dim his high beams, which prompted a stop.
Tyler R. Peacock, 21, of Penn Yan was charged with failure to dim high beams, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.
He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in Watkins Glen Court at a later date.
