A 64-year-old Rochester woman is accused of obstructing governmental operation after deputies say she refused to leave Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack on Monday.
Deputies say Faye M. Johnson, 64, of Rochester was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, as well as second-degree trespass after she refused to leave the Farmington track.
She failed to provide her name and date of birth to law enforcement as requested and provided fake information to the deputies on scene. She was eventually transported to the Ontario County Jail and was arraigned on Monday.
The charges will be answered in Farmington Town Court.
