The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports that on April 10th two Montour Falls residents were charged with producing methamphetamines.
Richard A. Franklin, 41, and Rachel J. Pyhtila, 19, were charged with third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine — a Class D felony. They allegedly possessed several items and chemicals used in manufacturing the drug.
The charges are result of a search warrant, which was executed at a Henry St. apartment in Mountour Falls. The two were remanded to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
