On March 29th at approximately 12:47 am the Canandaigua Police Department arrested a Canandaigua resident following a parole check at a residence.
Officers charged 55-year-old Armando Pallet, of Canandaigua with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and violation of parole.
He is accused of possessing a suboxone strip, which was not prescribed to him.
The charges will be answered in Canandaigua City Court.
