Deputies in Wayne County arrested a 22-year-old Lyons resident after he was indicted by a grand jury for selling crack cocaine in Newark.
Jawuan T. Thomas, 22, of Lyons was indicted on three counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was indicted by a grand jury and arraigned in Wayne County Court on March 21st.
He was released and answered the charges on March 23rd.
