It might have been the season opener for the Mynderse Academy girls lacrosse team, but it turned out to be a big night for the Blue Devils as senior Sarah Shaffer joined an exclusive club.
Shaffer scored six times, including finding the back of the net for the 100th time in her career, as she led the Blue Devils to a 17-4 win over visiting Newark on Monday evening.
