An Ontario County man was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl.
Daniel Brown, 29, was sentenced to three years in prison, which will run concurrently to his two year sentence in Ontario County. He appeared before Judge Zambito in Genesee County Court on Friday, who took the District Attorney’s recommendation for a three year sentence.
Brown will have 10 years of parole, which will follow his sentence — as well as the requirement that he register as a sex offender for the next 30 years.
In December, Brown pled guilty to criminal sexual act.
