On March 21st at 2 am deputies in Seneca County arrested a Horseheads man for felony DWI after a traffic stop on State Rt. 96.
The traffic stop happened in Ovid when deputies observed Christopher Lynch, 47, of Horseheads speeding. He was found to be driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08 percent.
He had a previous DWI conviction, according to deputies as well, which resulted in Lynch being charged with felony driving while intoxicated. He was also ticketed for speeding.
The charges will be answered in Ovid Town Court on April 17th.
