March is Women’s History Month.
Lake to Lake Women Inc., a chapter of New York State Women Inc., a professional women’s business organization, celebrates the month by honoring a woman of distinction. Honored this year is the Rev. Leah Ntuala, the first woman pastor at the First Presbyterian Church of Seneca Falls.
The Cayuga Street church named Ntuala its pastor six years ago. “At her young age, Leah injects youth into a congregation where many of the members are much older,” said Adriene Emmo of Lake to Lake Women.
