The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the arrest of a Macedon woman for aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Amy E. Castiglia, 41, of Victor Road was arrested following a traffic stop on Victor Road when she allegedly failed to signal a turn.
Castiglia was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where a breath sample was obtained determining that she had a blood alcohol content of .20 percent.
She was released on tickets and is scheduled to appear before the Macedon Town Court on a later date and time to answer to the charges.
