Deputies in Wayne County arrested an Ontario man after he was found to be driving while intoxicated on State Route 21.
Deputies say that Donald A. Stanton, 65, of Ontario was charged with driving while intoxicated in the Town of Palmyra after a traffic stop.
He was additionally charged with operating a vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or higher — as well as speed in zone.
Stanton was released on traffic summonses to appear in Palmyra Town Court at a later date.
