A Rochester woman involved in a high-speed chase last year will serve time in jail for selling heroin in Cayuga County.
According to the Seneca County Sheriff's Office, 42-year-old Ann Douglas was picked up on a warrant in March 2016 following a high-speed police chase near Waterloo.
