North Rose man charged with grand larceny after striking wife, stealing phone

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a North Rose man following an argument with his wife, which became physical, according to deputies.

Isoph M. Lormil, 24, of North Rose was arrested for fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree harassment — as well as a parole violation after deputies say he got into an argument with his wife.

Deputies say Lormil grabbed his wife, pulled her across the floor and took her phone from her — leaving the residence.

He was arrested and arraigned in Lyons Town Court. He was remanded to the Wayne County Jail on no bail and will answer the charges at a later date in Lyons Town Court.
