The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of Edward W. Harrison, 54, of Canandaigua for driving while intoxicated on Saturday around 1:33 am.
Officers say Harrison failed to yield the right of way to a motor vehicle, and moved from one lane to another unsafely. He almost struck a curb, and after being stopped — was found to be driving in an intoxicated state.
The charges will be answered in Canandaigua City Court.
