Two Geneva siblings accused of robbing a Hobart College student at gunpoint and being involved in a melee near Geneva High School have rejected a chance to plead guilty and receive 10-year prison sentences.
Jemar McCall, 19, and Raequan McCall, 16, declined the Ontario County District Attorney Office’s latest offer Thursday in Ontario County Court. District Attorney R. Michael Tantillo said the McCalls will be tried jointly for the alleged robbery at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. That trial is slated to begin February 27th.
