The Canandaigua Police Department reports that Charles A. Baldo, 62, of Canandaigua was charged with third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment following an incident on Island Lane.
Officers say Baldo raised his fist at another person in a threatening manner, grabbing the individual by the face, arm and hair — before throwing them to the door.
The charges will be answered at a later date in Canandaigua City Court.
