Officers in Canandaigua arrested a Canandaigua man on an aggravated family offense following an incident with another family member.
Officers say Brian E. McCall Jr., 25, of Canandaigua damaged a table, bit a family member on the hand, and scratched another family member during a dispute that happened on Sunday around 2:18 am.
The incident was identified as a domestic dispute and violated a order of protection, which had been in place after a conviction of another family offense in the previous five years.
He was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, and two counts of aggravated family offense. The charges will be answered in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
