Seneca Falls woman stole from Walmart days after being banned from other locations in Ontario Co.

A Seneca Falls woman was charged with burglary after an incident at Walmart in Ontario County.

Deputies say that Katherine A. O’Malley, 30, of Seneca Falls was charged with third-degree burglary after asset protection observed her concealing two pairs of leggings in a plastic bag.

She then passed all points of sale without attempting to pay. The total value of the items recovered was said to be $18.96. O’Malley had already been banned from Walmart locations as she was arrested for shoplifting just two days prior at a different location.

She will answer the charges in Geneva Town Court.
