The Canandaigua Police Department reports that Scott H. Terrlinck, 36, of Canandaigua was charged with driving while intoxicated after an investigation into a domestic incident.
Through the course of that investigation it was found that Terrlinck had operated a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was also found to be intoxicated.
He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charge at a later date.
