Deputies arrested Michael N. Mack, 44, of Butler for punching a female victim in the face in front of two children under the age of 17.
Mack was arrested and charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.
Mack was arraigned in Butler Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of bail scheduled to appear at a later date to answer the charges.
An Order of Protection was also issued in court.
