Deputies arrested a 25-year-old Lyons man after an accident on County Road 25 in Manchester.
The accident happened around 4:51 pm on Thursday after Kurtis A. Freeman, 25, of Lyons went off the road on County Road 25. Deputies say he was traveling at speeds not safe for the conditions.
Freeman was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, unsafe speed for road conditions, operating a vehicle with a revoked non-driver’s identification — which had been suspended five times, as well as driving out of restriction due to the need for an interlock system in his vehicle.
He was arraigned in Phelps and committed to the Ontario county Jail. He will answer the charges at a later date.
