A Romulus man has been charged with driving while intoxicated after an incident on Yarnell Road in Romulus.
Deputies in Seneca County report the arrest of David E. Coleman, 60, of Waterloo for driving while intoxicated following an investigation into a property damage accident, which occurred on Yarnell Road in Romulus.
An investigation revealed that Coleman was operating his vehicle northbound on Yarnell Road when he lost control of his vehicle — striking a ditch and driveway.
He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater — as well as speed not reasonable for road conditions.
He was released and will answer the charges in Romulus Court.
