The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports that Tyrel B. Metzger, 33, of Williamson was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop.
Deputies say Metzger was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .17 percent. He was also charged with failure to stop at a stop sign.
He was released and will answer the charges in Ontario Town Court at a later date.
