Seneca Falls man stopped on North Rd. attempted to escape, police say

A Seneca Falls man was arrested on multiple charges after he was stopped by police on December 8th.

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that Tyler J. Lambert, 23, of Seneca Falls was arrested for obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a vehicle while using a mobile phone and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on North Road in the Town of Seneca Falls.

Lambert allegedly fled from his vehicle during the stop — leading officers on a brief pursuit. He was taken into custody by the Seneca Falls Police Department with the assistance of the Waterloo Police Department and the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department.

Lambert will appear in court on December 22nd for arraignment at 10 am.
