The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies arrested Zakary C. Miller, 23, of Bloomfield for driving while intoxicated after being involved in a domestic dispute.
He was found to be in an intoxicated condition, and admitted to leaving a local bar and being involved in a physical domestic dispute on the way home. Deputies say that the incident took place on Cannan Road in East Bloomfield.
He was issued traffic citations for driving while intoxicated, along with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and will answer all of the charges at a later date in East Bloomfield Town Court.
