On Saturday at approximately 3:01 am officers in Seneca Falls arrested a Waterloo resident following a traffic stop in the Town.
Police report that Mitzi J. Peters, 47, of Waterloo was arrested for driving while ability impaired following a traffic stop, which was initiated after Peters was observed crossing a double-solid line. In addition, police say they charged Peters with failure to keep right.
The charges will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
