A Canandaigua man was charged with burglary on August 16, after he allegedly was found to have entered an acquaintances house without their permission — taking various items.
Deputies arrested Cody Stephen Tette, 21, of Canandaigua on a burglary in the second degree charge. He was arraigned in Hopewell Town Court and will answer the charge at a later date.
