The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that Steven M. Foulkrod, 24, of Waterloo was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher, aggravated unlicensed operation, and no fixed license plates following an investigation into a vehicle and traffic complaint.Officers found that Foulkrod’s driving privileges were suspended for a failure to answer summons, failure to pay driver’s responsibility assessment, and revoked for three speeding violations or misdemeanors in 18 months.He was released on tickets and will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 18th.
