On Thursday at 08:07 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jesus Delacruz, age 16 of Geneva, for petit larceny and grand larceny. Delacruz is accused of stealing a wallet from an unattended shopping cart at Wal-Mart in the amount of $30 dollars and which contained multiple credit cards. Delacruz was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 14th at 10 am to be arraigned on these charges.
