On July 4th at approximately 11:19 pm the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Victor man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Mark D Snyder, 26, of Victor was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated by deputies after a traffic stop on New Michigan Road in the Town of Farmington. He was observed by deputies failing to keep right while driving down the Farmington roadway. Snyder was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he consented to a chemical breath test. He was issued citations for aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right. He will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
