On June 24th the Seneca Falls Police Department reports that a Romulus man was arrested after entering a residence in the Town of Seneca Falls without the owner’s consent.Officers say Erik S. Martin, 35, of Romulus was charged with criminal trespass after entering a residence in Seneca Falls without the permission of the individual who lived there.He was arraigned in Tyre Town Court and released on his own recognizance. Martin will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
