The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that a Fayette man has been charged with two counts of petit larceny following a theft on two separate occasions at a Seneca Falls business.Officers arrested Scott G. Champlin, 23, of Fayette and charged him with petit larceny, after being accused of stealing more than $200 worth of merchandise from Kinney Drugs in Seneca Falls.Champlin was released on appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
