Two South Seneca student-athletes earn recognition

Two South Seneca Central School District athletes were among a select group of high school students who were recognized as members of this year’s Top Drawer 24 team. South Seneca juniors Sarah Albro and Adam Wagner were selected to the team, sponsored by The Odessa File, and comprised of exceptional student-athletes from school districts throughout the region. Albro played soccer, basketball and track for the Falcons, while Wagner was a standout athlete on the soccer and wrestling teams. They were honored alongside 22 other high school athletes during a June 6 ceremony in Watkins Glen.Family members, dignitaries and coaches attended the ceremony and lauded the student-athletes for their accomplishments on the field, in the classroom and in the community. In addition to receiving words of encouragement and congratulations, each honoree was presented with a certificate and medallion commemorating their achievement.South Seneca junior Adam WagnerSouth Seneca junior Sarah Albro
