Andrew D. Ector, age 48 of County Route 16 in Watkins Glen, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th degree, a class E felony. Ector allegedly took more than $1,000 worth of public benefits that he was not entitled to.Ector was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Montour Falls Court.
