The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, that on April 19th deputies arrested a Waterloo man for attempting to sell items he did not own. Nikolas P. Sinn, 24, of Waterloo was charged with one count of petit larceny and one count of scheme to defraud.Deputies alleged that Sinn attempted to sell items via the internet to multiple individuals that he did not own, and did not deliver. Sinn, who is currently incarcerated at the Seneca County Jail on similar charges, was released on appearance tickets. He is scheduled to appear at the Fayette Town Court on June 15th at 7:00 pm. Deputies ask that if there are any more suspected victims of Sinn, to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 315 539-9241 to report the crime.
