Ontario County Deputies say that a Fairport man appeared in Ontario County Court to answer the charge of grand larceny, following a theft at a store in Victor.Matthew Spector, 37, of Fairport appeared in Ontario County Court to answer the charge of grand larceny, after he allegedly stole a dozen jackets from the North Face store in Victor. The jackets were valued at $2,388. He was initially arrested on a warrant issued by the Victor Town Court — and on Friday he pleaded guilty to the charge. He was sentenced to one to three years in state prison, following his plea.
