On Friday at 12:41 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jacob T. Stephan, age 21 of Waterloo, for driving while intoxicated, BAC .08% or more, and unlawful possession of marijuana. The arrest stems from a complaint of a suspicious person passed out inside a vehicle in the parking lot of a local business in the Town of Seneca Falls.
Stephan was released with uniform traffic tickets, an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on 04/18/2016 at 1800 hours to answer for the charges.
