On Monday, Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kiara Sharai Brown, age 19 of Sawyer Street in Rochester, at the Canandaigua Walmart for petit larceny.Brown is accused of stealing hair brushes and curlers totaling $69.18. Police say she passed all points of purchase without attempting to pay for the items and she concealed the items in her purse.The packaging was damaged but all of the property was returned.Kiara was issued an appearance ticket and will appear before Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
