On Tuesday morning, Kelly L. O’Daniel, age 34 of Champlain Way in Manchester, was charged with two counts of petit larceny at the Target store located at 7500 Commons Boulevard in Victor.Police allege that O’Daniel stole a food processor and vacuum cleaner valued at $359.98 earlier this morning. On Monday, police allege that she stole a vacuum cleaner valued at $299.99.She was arraigned at Victor Town Court and committed to the Ontario County Jail with a bail of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond.
