Seneca Falls man arrested for Obstruction of Breathing

On Thursday at approximately 1:41 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Ryan S. Buckley, age 37 of 192 Ovid Street Lot 113 in Seneca Falls, on an arrest warrant that was issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and 2 counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the 1st Degree. Buckley was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in Lieu of $2000 Cash or $4000 insured bond. Buckley is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 8 at 9 am to answer the charges.
