On June 20 at approximately 8:16 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Philip M. Shutter, age 19 of 192 Ovid Street lot 113 in Seneca Falls, for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol Under the age of Twenty-one. Shutter is accused of possessing several cans of an alcoholic beverage in his house with the intent to consume them. Shutter will appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on July 13 at 6:00 pm to answer to the charge.
