Investigators: Newark man injured baby, left scars
Deputies in Wayne County say a Newark man was arrested after an investigation, which was initiated by Child Protective Services. Brandon L. Morris, 23, of Newark was charged after allegedly physically injuring an 11-month-old baby while he was babysitting the child on two separate occasions.
