Final Lock Passage of the Year 2018 in Wayne County (photo)
Late Friday afternoon in wind and cold, November 16th, the Canal Corporation flotilla of DANA II, DB # 6, and a loaded buoy barge entered Lyons Lock 28A in Wayne County, thus officially completing lock passages for the 2018 season.
