An Ontario County man -already on probation for sexual abuse- has been arrested on allegations that he distrbuted child pornography. The FBI last Thursday arrested 56-year old William Hayes of 7025 County Road 2 in Bloomfield. Hayes was on probation in Wayne County for sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. There was something in the box-air. East Bloomfield officials yesterday opened a safe deposit box that had been rented since 1995. Town officials could not find anyone that knew what was in the bank box.Turns out the box was empty. Town officials had to use a drill because they could not find the key.   more
