A local sex offender was sentenced to prison Tuesday for three separate felonies. Keith Hilliard, 38, of Moravia, pleaded guilty in May to second-degree criminal sex act, second-degree assault and failure to register an internet identifier as a sex offender. A Moravia teen was sentenced to prison Thursday for committing three separate crimes in Cayuga County. In May, 17-year-old Jahree Cathcart, pleaded guilty to three felonies: second-degree attempted burglary, third-degree robbery and second-degree unlawful surveillance.
