A candlelight vigil was held on Wednesday for the 17-year-old Moravia teen who was badly injured in an accident that happened on Tuesday. The teen in critical condition at Upstate University Hospital was identified as Dustin Mondics after the Tuesday’s accident, which happened around 7:30 am.
