Since the Dec. 27 auto accident that left Moravia High School student Dustin Mondics in critical condition, an outpouring of community support has been helping the teen and his family.
From donation jars being placed in all local businesses to a GoFundMe page that has raised more than $23,000 to date, the community has worked hard to ease financial burdens, allowing Mondics’ family to concentrate on his recovery.
