A local sex offender was sentenced to prison Tuesday for three separate felonies.

Keith Hilliard, 38, of Moravia, pleaded guilty in May to second-degree criminal sex act, second-degree assault and failure to register an internet identifier as a sex offender. At the time, he admitted to having oral sex with a 13-year-old girl and failing to report his Facebook page. He also said he assaulted an inmate while he was incarcerated at Cayuga County Jail.
