On September 1st, 2013 at 5:47 am Seneca Falls Police arrested Christopher C. Nageldinger, age 25, of Ovid Street in Seneca Falls for Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Fleeing in a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, and numerous other vehicle and traffic law violations.This arrest resulted after Nageldinger was observed operating a motorcycle that drove through a red light controlled intersection. Nageldinger then failed to stop his motorcycle for officers and a pursuit ensued.Officers pursued Nageldinger for approximately four miles at which time he was located in a ditch where he allegedly attempted to conceal himself from officers. After further investigation, it was determined that Nageldinger was operating the motorcycle while intoxicated.He was arraigned in Fayette Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail, $1000 insurance bond. Nageldinger is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on September 25th, 2013 at 9:00am for his next hearing.
