The Watkins Glen Police Department reports the arrest of Ryan P. Peterson, 43, of Dundee following a traffic stop.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more.
He was issued tickets and will answer the charge at a later date.
